Today’s the day I’m heading off to San Francisco for Thanksgiving week. I’m so excited to be headed stateside but as for the eleven-hour flight – yeah, not so much! I finally have my little in-flight beauty stash down to a tee with miniature products galore to make the journey that bit more comfortable.
The Superfacialist Rose Creamy Cleanser is one of my everyday favourites so I couldn’t resist decanting a little bit to take on board with me. It removes any traces of makeup, dirt or grime from my face without feeling stripped.
A hydrating mask is a must for any long-haul flight and Glam Glow’s ThirstyMud is my choice. Not only does it smell like tropical coconutty goodness, it helps to lock in the moisture and prevent my skin from becoming quite as dry.
A facial spritz is heaven in a bottle on a long haul flight. The L’Occitane Essential Water helps to soothe and refresh skin and generally just feels so lovely on the skin.
My skin post-flight can often be way more sensitive than normal so I’ve packed a teeny tiny pot of Kiehl’s Ultra Facial Cream. It really soothes dry, red skin and paired with a large coffee, it helps me feel semi-human.
Anti-bacterial hand gel is always a travel must for me. I always stock up on Bath and Bodyworks’ selection when I’m away. They always have the most incredible scents and they aren’t too drying. Paired with the L’Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream, I have one pair of happy hands.
Carmex lip balm always soothes my lips, especially when they feel a bit dry and cracked. It’s also a complete bargain.
I find flying so stressful so the This Works’ rollerballs always help to keep me a little more relaxed and calm when travelling.
